Currently, as the Head of HR for Nigeria & Ivory Coast at Bioscape Commodities Africa, Nelson leads the development and implementation of comprehensive HR systems in the biofuel industry, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global best practices.

His career has seen him excel in several HR leadership positions, where he has supported organizations in building high-performing teams, streamlining performance management systems, and driving talent development initiatives. At mPharma Health, a health-tech company operating in over 10 countries, Nelson played a pivotal role in managing HR integrations and designing employee value propositions, supporting over 700 employees.
