Wale Adejuyigbe is a highly regarded educational consultant with over 12 years of experience working with schools on key aspects of staff management, quality assurance, population increase, and parent management. He has successfully transformed the operations of over 80 schools across the country, leading to significant improvements in student population growth and overall school performance.

With an academic background that includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, a PGDe from Olabisi Onabanjo University, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Lagos, Wale is a certified GPHR under the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the United States.

In addition to his expertise in school management, Wale is a child psychologist and family life practitioner with deep insights into how emotions and thoughts impact family dynamics. His work as a child psychotherapist in 8 schools and 2 SEN schools has earned him recognition for helping students overcome academic underachievement, anxiety, and trauma. He is a specialist in child anxiety treatment and interventions for childhood trauma and adverse experiences.

Wale’s unique approach to parent education has made him a sought-after speaker at Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meetings across Nigeria, where he uses his coaching skills to help parents better understand and support their children’s education. He also conducts several singles and couples forums for churches, further highlighting his broad-reaching impact in the community.

Wale runs High Impact Life and Leadership (HILL), a leadership and life development platform, where he mentors over 600 children and youths, helping them unlock their full potential. Through his online platforms, he also coaches individuals, sales professionals, school proprietors, administrators, and HR professionals, making a difference in business leadership, parenting, and personal development.

As a speaker, coach, and mentor, Wale is known for his dynamic, results-driven approach to personal and organizational transformation. He is committed to shaping future leaders and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within schools and families.

Wale is married to Temitayo Adejuyigbe, a fashion entrepreneur, and together they are blessed with two children, Charis and Daniel.
